Are you ready to take on the role of Office Assistant/Receptionist and be the heartbeat of our department’s daily operations?

We're looking for a seasoned Office Assistant/Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggles tasks with ease, and has the resilience to conquer any challenge that comes their way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating office schedules, appointments, and calendars with precision.
  • Communication Excellence, by managing correspondence, including phones, emails, and mail, with the utmost professionalism.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Operate as a key organization specialist by establishing and maintaining filing systems and overseeing office supplies.
  • Operate in an event coordination capacity by planning and executing office events and meetings with a keen eye for detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, and transportation for team members.
  • Backup office management support: Providing backup assistance to the Office Services Manager for a seamlessly functioning office environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Offering general administrative support to team members and other departments.

Profile

What we need from you:

  • A High School degree or GED, complemented by proven experience in an office setting with relevant working experience.
  • Mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Skillful at prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing time effectively.
  • Precision and problem-solving abilities are underscored by an acute attention to detail.
  • Robust organizational skills, capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage through interruptions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering effective working relationships.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, coupled with adaptability to evolving responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantageous asset.
