Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Demand and Supply Specialist to assist our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating customer and business support, driving our demand and supply planning processes, and ensuring seamless distribution of our product lines across the United States and Canada. If you are analytical, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly demand plan across all of our crop protection product lines, working closely with customers to gather accurate demand information and address any quality or performance issues.
• Develop and manage supply and distribution plans for key product lines, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient distribution across multiple channels.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by continuously improving internal and external services, addressing inquiries through our quality process, and resolving any distribution challenges.
• Work with the sales and business analyst teams to manage rebate programs, review and approve price list updates, and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Apply your extensive knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage data accurately, optimize storage and transport costs, and maintain precise inventory levels.
• Cross-train team members, manage external warehousing and terminal services, and lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and customer service.

Profile

What We’re Looking For:

• B.S. degree in Supply Chain or Operations, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Extensive SAP demand and supply planning expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a strong understanding of S&OP.
• Analytical, inquisitive and able to navigate complex seasonal business challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Working experience in supply chains and transportation.
• Proven abilities in change management, project leadership and teamwork, with a track record of driving results.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel (up to 20%) as required.
