Ammonium Thiosulfate or THIO-SUL® (12-0-0+26S) is the one of the cornerstones of nutrient management programs which requires the optimal combination of nitrogen and sulfur. Many soils, as result of government air quality legislation, require sulfur to maintain optimum quality and yield potentials. This varies by cropping region.
THIO-SUL has demonstrated in field trials an ability to reduce the process of denitrification and acts as a urease inhibitor, increasing the efficiency and availability of nitrogen in the soil and provides needed sulfur. The addition of THIO-SUL to your UAN solution is an excellent way to stretch your nitrogen dollars.
NITRO-SUL®,(20-0-0+40S) another excellent source of sulfur, has been the soil amendment of choice, in many areas, for years. And, is an excellent source of sulfur.
The uniqueness of thiosulfate chemistry is further exhibited in KTS® (0-0-17+25S), the highest concentration of both potassium and sulfur available in liquid form. KTS, with less than 50 ppm free ammonia, is perfect as a foliar application, in a 2 X 2 starter placement program and where a liquid potassium product is needed.
CaTs® (0-0-0+6%Ca + 10%S), is calcium coupled with the thiosulfate molecule for a clear liquid is tailored to meet your crops calcium requirements.
MagThio® (0-0-0+10S+4Mg) is an efficient source of soluble magnesium and
thiosulfate sulfur to aid in the correction and supplementation of these needed nutrient in fruit and vegetable crops.
N-SURE® and the TRISERT® family of slow release urea-triazone based ,slow release nitrogen products have long beenrecognized as having addition value to those looking for nitrogen release on a timely basis, excellent nitrogen absorption and translocation, a reduction of leaching, and thus contributing to a responsible nutrient management program.
Finally, our patented NZN® (15-0-0+5%Zn) demonstrated to be a leader when used on crops where a chelated zinc is required.
